Price is a big deal, but it’s not the only factor in a purchase decision.

  • Price is not the primary reason people don’t buy from you or do business with you.

  • It’s time for a reality check: Price is the most common reason people give for why they don’t buy from you or use your services, but that doesn’t mean it's the only reason!

  • Price may be a factor at some point in the buying process (that's why we ask about it), but it shouldn't be all that matters when making decisions about what products/services to buy and where to get them—your potential customers care about more than just price.
