136 - 3 Universal Lessons From Running An AirBNB Business

You know that proverb about what happens when you're not paying attention to the lesson you need to learn?

First you hit with a pebble, then a rock and lastly a boulder!

Well, it happened. The boulder!

Last week I shared what I did inside my business that's made it possible to go travelling around Australia for 8 months, with the kids and hubby in a caravan, and keep my business running without losing my sanity (in fact we're hitting some new records!)...

And at the same time we started a new business - in the form of an AirBNB property, which happens to be our family home that we decided to turn into a guest house while we're away.

Even with plenty of business experience, we had little knowledge of running a holiday home so we outsourced it.

And now that we're 4 months in there's been a few HUGE lessons learnt that are universal lessons for any sort of business!

So today I'm taking you behind the scenes on our experience, the mistakes we made and the lessons learnt!
